PYROLANCE Helps CFSI and the Fallen Firefighters Fund
PyroLance helped raise funds for CFSI and the Fallen Firefighters
fund recently at the national CFSI dinner, by sponsoring the
evening’s entertainment, Michael Israel, and auctioning off his
famous "Hero" painting.
The entertainment began with Former Congressman Curt Weldon, Former
Chief Ray Alfred and PyroLance President Kevin Spencer introducing
Mr. Israel. Using lights, music and free-form painting, Mr. Israel
created his most sought after "Hero" Painting, which depicts a
Firefighter cradling a child in escaping danger. The painting was
immediately auctioned at the dinner, with bids starting at $5,000
and ultimately purchased for $15,000 by Scott Libertore of Sarasota,
FL. The proceeds were given to CFSI, who then donated it to the
Fallen Firefighters Fund.
The theme of the 19th annual event, "A Generation of Progress"
was ideal for sponsorship by PyroLance, as PyroLance is introducing
a new system that creates safe environments for firefighter entry.
PyroLance is pleased to support CFSI, which is a non-profit,
non-partisan policy institute on Capitol Hill that educates Congress
about the needs of the fire and emergency services. If you would like
to donate funds to CFSI or the Fallen Firefighters Fund, please
